I am a Principal - Data & Analytics expert with a governance-first approach — 15+ years delivering end-to-end BI and analytics solutions across complex, multinational organizations, and equally, 15+ years growing the people and functions that build and sustain them. I've grown a BI function from a single application into fifteen while formally leading a team of four, architected a full on-premise-to-cloud migration from scratch, and coached analysts and client teams — with and without a formal reporting line — into stronger technical thinkers. That range, building solutions and building the capability to build them, is what I bring into every engagement. Over those years, I've sat with executives at every level — CEOs, CXOs, business analysts, heads of department — to understand how a business actually operates, giving me a perspective that goes beyond data alone. Beyond data engineering, a meaningful part of what I do is solution architecture — understanding a business problem well enough to work out not just what should be built, but how. It's closer to being a business engineer than a data engineer — bringing business focus and data engineering together.
